Shipping and Return Policy
MISA accepts returns for a full refund within 15 days of receipt of order.
Please go to https://returns.misalosangeles.com and you will be guided through the returns process. You also have the option to automatically exchange your item(s) for another size.
- Enter your email address or order number and zip code
- Select the item(s) you would like to return or exchange
- Print the pre-paid UPS shipping label we email you. If you don’t make an exchange, you will also receive an Optional Instant Credit Code that you can use immediately to purchase something new while in transit.
- The optional instant credit code is valid while your return is in transit and will expire once UPS delivers your package at our facility. Any unused Instant Credit will be refunded back to your original payment method.
- Once we receive and process your return, you will receive a full refund for any unused optional instant credit.
All domestic returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery. All merchandise must be unworn and undamaged with all tags attached in the original packaging.
- We currently do not accept returns on international orders.
- All accessories are Final Sale.
- Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange, including Archive Sale.
MISA Los Angeles monitors account activity and reserves the right to refuse transactions, assess fees, and/or close accounts based on order or returns behavior.
We reserve the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
Merchandise purchased from other retailers, including department stores or specialty stores, must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and is subject to the return policy of the original retailer. All domestic orders are shipped via UPS Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. Standard orders ship within 2 business days from our Los Angeles warehouse, if your item is in stock. For items on pre-order this time may vary. Express orders including 3rd Day, 2nd Day and Overnight placed Monday - Friday after 12 PM Pacific Time will be processed the following business day. Express orders placed Saturday - Sunday will be processed Monday. We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
During times of high-volume orders may take up to 3 business days to ship.
International customers are responsible for all local duties and taxes.
If you choose to refuse shipment, you will be responsible for any duties, taxes, and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to our Los Angeles warehouse. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
