Updated Return Policy

To be eligible for a full refund, a return request must be submitted for approval within 7 (seven) days of receiving your order. 
Returns for a refund incur a $10.00 processing fee per order to cover shipping and restocking.
Exchanges and store credit returns do not incur this fee.

Garments must be received in the same condition as when you received the item and the black return tag must remain attached in its original position for your return to be accepted. 

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Visit https://returns.misalosangeles.com and follow the guided steps:

1. Enter your email address or your order number and ZIP code.
2. Select the item(s) you would like to return or exchange.
3. Submit your request. We will review and approve it within 3 business days, then email you a prepaid UPS shipping label.

If you choose not to make an exchange, you will also receive an Optional Instant Credit Code that can be used immediately to shop while your return is in transit.

• The Instant Credit Code remains valid until UPS delivers your return to our facility.
• Any unused Instant Credit will be refunded to your original payment method.

Refund Timing

Once your return is received and inspected in our warehouse, we will credit your original payment method.
Depending on your bank, it may take one or more billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.

Return Requirements

• All domestic returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery and scanned by UPS within 7 days of initiation.
• Items must be unworn, undamaged, with all tags attached, and returned in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

• We do not accept returns on international orders.
• Accessories are Final Sale.
• Final Sale items, including Archive Sale, are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Items temporarily marked Final Sale during promotional periods cannot be returned or exchanged; this will be clearly noted on the product page, order confirmation, and invoice.

Additional Notes

MISA Los Angeles monitors account activity and reserves the right to refuse transactions, assess fees, and/or close accounts based on order or return behavior.

We reserve the right to deny credits if returned merchandise does not meet our return requirements.

Merchandise purchased through other retailers must be returned to the original retailer and is subject to their return policy. For questions regarding MISA Los Angeles items purchased elsewhere, please contact wholesale@misalosangeles.com.
